Galing Tirtojati Suwito

Hi, I'm Galing, a Marie Curie PhD candidate in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Luleå University of Technology, supervised by Professor Alexander Kaplan and Professor Frank Brückner (Fraunhofer IWS, Dresden). I am currently visiting Production Technology Group at Technische Universität Ilmenau, hosted by Professor Jean Pierre Bergmann as my PhD secondment. This project is funded by the European Union's HORIZON-MSCA-2022-DN-01 Lasers4NetZero project.

I received a M.Eng. in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, with a master's thesis and research internship at the Aerodynamisches Institute Aachen, RWTH Aachen. Prior to that, I received a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. Please refer to my CV for more information.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, running, and watching movies. I also love exploring museums, scientific institutions, and interesting architecture. Whenever I have the chance, I enjoy reading and learning something new. Recently, I've also started learning boxing!
